CFE-DCM. Charles Milton Maltby, b. Feb. 11, 1828 (Wm. 5, Wm. 4, Jos. 3, Dan. 2, Wm. 1). In 1849 he was a student at Alleghenney Coll, Penn. (Newspaper clipping) "Cleveland, Ohio. Nov. 9, Charles M. Maltby died of consumption, at the age of 27, after having entered the sec- ond year of his law practice." There is also a "sheet of paper beautifully written, he left to 'Hester Ann Maltby by her affection- ate dying brother'."
